用面包机制作馒头配方 Dough prepared by Breadmaker

往面包机里依次加入:
2 杯牛奶
1.5杯红糖或者0.8杯白糖
几勺(0.2杯)油
少量盐
4-5杯面粉
1小汤匙酵母(Instant yeast,Quick_Rish.牌子: Fleischmann's )
选择面包机程序8 --》 生面Dough程序
发好面后,切块用蒸锅蒸(大约10分钟),注意蒸熟后,不要立即开锅盖,而是先把蒸锅从炉子上移开,待馒头冷却(5-10分钟)后再开锅盖。这样馒头才不会收缩。

2 cups milk
1.5 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup oil
a little salt
4 or 5 cups bread flour
2/3 table spoon yeast (Active or instant Yeast --> save time)

adding order: The liquid is always the first ingredient to be placed in bread pan.
Dry ingredients follow and the yeast is added last.

Breadmaker Set-up:
Select Program Setting: Dough (Program#: 8 for Black & Decer Breadmaker)
Kneading / baking Time setting: 3:00 (~3 hours)
Start kneading Cycle

Take the Dough out from breadmaker;
Cut to suitable size and sit for few minutes;
Steam the Dough for ~10 min in Steam cooker; then turn off heat and allow to sit inside for 5 min
Take the steamed bread out of steam cooker and allow to cool down
